The questions brands ask before they go offline.

Answers to common questions about our process, services, and how we work.

We work with mid-to-large brands that understand the value of physical presence. Our clients are typically marketing leads, event managers, or brand teams in tech, lifestyle, finance, or consumer goods — often in the DACH region, but also internationally.

You brief us, we take it from there. After an initial call to align on goals and constraints, we handle everything: concept, production, logistics, and on-site execution. You get regular updates, but we don't need you to manage us.

For most activations, 6–10 weeks is ideal. Rush timelines are possible depending on scope, but the best results come when we have time to source properly and build without shortcuts.

Our home base is the DACH region, but we regularly execute in other European markets. If your activation is outside Europe, let's talk — we have a network we can activate.

We're not a generalist event agency. We specialize in brand activations — the kind that feel considered and leave an impression. We think in brand logic, not just logistics.

Every project is scoped individually. We work on a fixed-fee basis per project, which means no surprises. After a short briefing call, we'll send you a clear proposal with scope, deliverables, and investment.
